“Shut Up. Suit Up. Show Up.”
— personal Mantra of James Hollis, PhD, author of Living an Examined Life and Living Between Worlds
“We are fashioned from a meeting of spirit and matter, stars and earth, and we come to this world ultimately to add blessing and power to its well being and growth.” —David Spangler
Anger, worry, grief are all necessary and important emotions because they PROMPT us to act.
Is there a line?
Have we crossed it?
Have you crossed it?
What do we allow?
Fierce Love, like a mother.
Nature is full of examples.
Enough is enough!
When Enough is too much! We must act.
However, if we get stuck in these emotions, perhaps indulge ourselves in them, then they send us down the rabbit hole to depression and despondency. This does NOTHING to upshift our Heart or those around us, our communities or the planet… The answer? Act with the Fiercest, strongest, most discerning Love you can access! When a momma bear feels threatened does she think, “Well, maybe I shouldn’t act, because what would my friends say.” Or “Maybe I’ll just let them kill my babies because (fill in the blank with a familiar excuse)”. Of course not!!! She acts from the place of Strength that comes from the Love she has for her cubs. It’s instinctual. Women have that instinct too, but it’s been overridden for centuries. Subjugation at its worst. And that is ENDING!
“The New can only come in when we abandon the old.”

Dr. Sue speaks clearly below.
Please copy and paste her links. It is WAY more than Yoga. It’s also a beautiful teaching in acceptance. “I’m not able to do many of the poses, but I’ve found I can adjust to what I can do, and drop the judgement.”

When the shelter-in-place and quarantine mandates were implemented due to the COVID pandemic, I began offering Free BodyAwake Yoga sessions online to help people stabilize and ground the energies present during this uncertain and challenging time. In yoga, one often hears the phrase “Namaste” spoken at the beginning or end of each class. Namaste is a traditional Indian greeting, meaning, “The Divine Light in me recognizes and honors the Divine Light in you.” The term literally translates to “I bow to you.” In this moment in time, I encourage the phrase “Namaste” to become an unspoken mantra in each of our hearts. Because I do see the Divine Light in You – in everyone and in everything taking place right now. We can all see the Divine in Humanity… if we allow ourselves to. The COVID pandemic of the past few months has brought a stillness that is calling us home to ourselves. In this same moment, there is also a stillness that is rising from within. In its wake, an uprising of everything unlike itself becomes obvious. What we are seeing and experiencing right now in this moment of upset and upheaval, is humanity searching for this stillness rising. As it does, now is the time to focus our collective intention and conversation on another yogic term, Ahimsa, or “non-violence.” For what is underneath violence is love, peace, understanding, fortitude and much more. It’s the humble warrior. The one who brings love no matter what. We must not succumb to the “movie” being projected outside of us, but instead realize that when the movie is reflecting pain, there’s a good reason for it. And that pain must be met with LOVE. It cannot be met with more pain. This, is the greatest task before us… Given free will, what do we choose? What do we choose when we see unjust things happening? When we witness suppression and non-love? Do we choose acting in a non-loving way in order to eradicate the non-loving actions of others? Doing that changes nothing. To heal the lack of loving actions in this world, we must assert love, compassion, understanding and listening – and take actions in peaceful ways. In the United States right now there is a great upheaval, because there has been a tremendous amount of injustice for too many years. Those who have been suppressed are rising with all they know to do – with anger, fear, frustration. We want to invite everyone to RISE, and use that energy for passion, cultivate it and draw it upward – to reclaim it and use it as fuel for the fire of the highest good. The heart is a blazing bonfire and we are here to throw everything we can onto it, so that the fire of Love blazes bigger. As that fire blazes bigger, it becomes a transmuting presence on the planet and we become leaders instead of frustrated and angry. When we feel afraid, angry, or frustrated because we can’t control our environment the way we want to – it’s our moment to claim it back to our core and just come home to ourselves, being compassion and love. When we do, we provide a vibrational frequency out into the world that allows the world to sense and feel some kind of nurturing in the midst of the pain. As we come together, we can create a transmuting quality that allows EQUALITY. That allows our mind and our heart to be of equal value, which allows the Soulful Self and the outer world to have a collaborative relationship of equanimity. When this happens, the outer world does not roll us over and suppress us, and we do not try to push our way into it. Instead we transmute everything we encounter, both within ourselves and in the world around us. This is our great task – one of coming home to ourselves and cultivating love. This is how we create peace within ourselves, and offer it to the world. With Great Love, |

The more that we allow our hearts to expand to love, deeply appreciate,
and feel inextricably tied to the places, things and people of this world,
the more we are likely to take a stand on behalf of what we value.

“Rage is considered unenlightened,” says Buddhist teacher Zenju Earthlyn Manuel in “Awakening Fueled by Rage.” “But rage can also be life-giving, illuminating that which must be exposed before humanity can shift into a greater experience of interrelationship and love.”
Michael Bernard Beckwith of the Agape International Spiritual Center recently pointed out “impossible” and “I’m possible” are spelled with the very same letters and in the same order. You are possible if you go for your dream.
Feel free to re-read/watch the most recent LIA. And remember, you are NOT separate! Nope. You are being deceived. Come home to your Truth– the Truth of who you are. Love. Of course!
Here is the perfect Vision to connect with. It is all possible! In fact, we are in the process of it RIGHT THIS MINUTE!!!
The Vision Alignment Project
A Vision for Awakening
We see a world where we, the people, have awakened from the dream imposed on us by those who came before us; awakened from the dream of suffering and shortage; awakened from the dream of our lesser Selves, and having stepped into the Reality of who we truly are – empowered, unlimited, Spiritual Beings capable of miracles and magnificence.
We see a world where the veils have been lifted, the lies revealed, the fears dispelled, and our courage restored so that now we are all unencumbered by illusions that no longer serve us. And in their place, we now see life unfiltered, as it really IS, beautiful beyond description, abundant beyond measure, expanded and exalted beyond anything we have ever imagined.
It is in a world filled with awakened, happy people who have rediscovered the wisdom in loving one another that we are thriving and blossoming in complete creative freedom. Infinity and eternity have opened up before us and we have welcomed them with an innocence of mind, an openness of heart, an adventure of Spirit.

A Gi FB post to a friend: “Thank you for your status of our Indigenous friends and family. You know, I think all Indigenous People around the world have prophesy stories about these times. My guess is, the ones who are still connected in this way are having an easier time of it than those who are not.”
