As you’ve been reading in the more recent Love In Action emails, there is a Cosmic theme running intimately through our “current situation.”
Call it birthing, initiation, unveiling, transformation, disintegration, upheaval, what ever you wish. Messy! And we saw it coming! Yep. You may remember the theme for 2020, “It’s All Part of the Plan”
Here is an excerpt from January 1st, 2020 to “jog your memory!”
Oh, how perfect!!!! Our final Love In Action for 2019 and it’s #99! Tomorrow, we begin a new DECADE and enter our first century of LIA!!!! And there are already hints that this one is going to be BEYOND what we can imagine.
You know, every year a theme “comes to me.” So, with the ending of 2019 and Love In Action #99…drum roll please… should I keep you waiting? Do you want to know now? Of course you do!
The theme for 2020 is:
It’s All Part of the Plan.
Yep. It is. There are 366 days to dive into what that means. For now, enjoy ALL of this good news!!!!

And now, we find ourselves already in August of 2020! BEYOND what we could imagine!!! Every day, another shift… To say “things are beyond what we could have imagined” isn’t hyperbole! OMG!

When women gather, it’s a beautiful thing because we are the nurturers of the planet. Emotions flow, feelings shared, it’s OK to be open. But, of late, I’ve seen it in men too.
With all that’s going on, I’ve seen men start to speak up. I’ve seen man talk, and share stories. I’ve seen them be vulnerable, heard their voices crack, seen them shake with nervousness.
And, on MS Teams, which is a lot like Zoom, but for the corporate world, I’ve seen, AND I’ve heard them cry. I’ve seen and heard them cry right there in front of everyone as they tell their story; and it’s beautiful.
I’ve seen them cry, and their crying is awkward and scary for them, and some of them have to stop in the middle because they could not go on. That crying for them, felt out of control.
I’ve seen women cry too, as they told their story; but they were able to move through the tears because it’s familiar.
So, when women come together, we can be role models for the men, to help them learn to cry and learn to become comfortable with that; because that’s how we will change the world.
By teaching the men that it’s OK to cry.
