Mt. Shasta
To that end, I am inviting you to join me for a day of discovery and transformation. We’ll delve deeply yet gently into the core of existence through guided meditation, internal dialogue and journaling.
With these Intentions in mind, we will ask the Cosmic Beings of Mt. Shasta to witness, guide and help us bring our new lives into the physical realm. What better place to come together than Mount Shasta around the Spring Equinox!
